KENDRA & SCARLETT KRAMER – Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach said the daughters of celebrity couple Doug Kramer and Chesca Garcia, Kendra, and Scarlett Kramer are ‘the next It Girls of the Philippines.’

It-girl is a term used by journalists to refer to a young woman who is well-known for attending fashionable gatherings and events and knowing famous people. They are an extremely famous and attractive young socialite or celebrities.
