Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray welcomed the new Binibining Pilipinas Queens to their sisterhood.
Catriona is considered one of the icons of beauty pageants in the Philippines and there are also a lot of international pageant fans who acknowledge what she has shown during her time.
Before getting the fourth Miss Universe crown for the Philippines, Catriona represented the country in Miss World in 2016. She did a great job but her journey at the Top 5. However, when she competed for the Miss Universe, many pageant fans already knew she will win.
For several years now, Catriona is hosting the Binibining Pilipinas coronation night. Even her hosting caliber is something that many people admire about her. This year, once again, she did a great job with Nicole Cordoves and MJ Lastimosa.
Binibining Pilipinas queens have a motto and it is “Once a Binibini, Always a Binibini.” This continues to be observed by former queens.
On May 28, new queens were added to their family. Bb. #6 Angelica Lopez of Palawan was hailed as Bb. Pilipinas International 2023 while #24 Anna Valencia Lakrini representing Bataan is the Bb. Pilipinas Globe 2023.
Bb. #33 Katrina Anne Johnson of Davao del Sur is the first runner-up and the second runner-up is Bb. #16 Atasha Reign Parani of General Trias, Cavite.
Catriona shared a post from Bb. Pilipinas’s official Instagram page showcasing the new queens this year. In her post, she welcomes the new queens. “Huge congratulations to our new @bbpilipinasofficial queens! Welcome to the sisterhood,” Catriona wrote.
Meanwhile, Catriona Gray is preparing now for a new chapter in her life after she got engaged to her boyfriend actor-singer Sam Milby. The couple has not shared further details yet about their wedding.
