Former College Classmate Apologized to Vice Ganda Over Bullying in the Past
An alleged former classmate of Unkabogable Vice Ganda apologized for bullying him during their college days.
Teddy Amor, a gym teacher, apologized to Kapamilya comedian Vice Ganda for bullying him in the past during the “Isip Bata” part of the noontime show “It’s Showtime.” Amor is said to be the comedian’s former classmate at Far Eastern University.
Teddy became a contestant, and his role drew attention as soon as he entered the studio with the other contestants. “Vice my classmate (in) F.E.U.” was scrawled on it, which the program’s host, Ogie Alcasid, quickly read.
Vice then enrolled in, but did not complete, a Political Science course at FEU. Meanwhile, Amor revealed that he and two other male classmates used to bully Vice because he was interfering with Amor’s attempts to pursue a lady he liked who was a friend of Vice.
“Humihingi ako ng sorry kay Vice. Kasi that time, kasi may kaibigan siyang gusto kong ligawan, type ko. Inaayawan niya ako dahil kay Vice. So, ang ginagawa naming tatlo rin kaming lalaki, binu-bully namin siya. Sorry,” he stated during the show.
Vice was a classmate of the contender in the first and second semesters, but he transferred to the Philippine College of Criminology to pursue his dream of becoming a police officer. Teddy also cited two of their classmates who are now politicians, one of them is Isabela Rep. Antonio Albano, who seemed to wish to highlight to the public that many of their college batch have been successful in life and work.
Jhong Hilario, Vhong Navarro, Ogie Alcasid, and Amy Perez, Vice’s co-hosts on the broadcast, highlighted that bullying is not tolerated. However, according to Amor, he means teasing without physical violence. Amor also voiced his love for Vice, stating that Vice was one of the top students in their class.
