Vehicle Nearly Falls Into Cliff, Passengers Safe

A vehicle nearly fell into a cliff after allegedly getting lost due to navigation app while traveling toward Imus, Cavite.

Recently, the Facebook page Cavite News Network shared a photo of a group of passengers who had a frightening experience after their vehicle nearly fell into a cliff. The post garnered various reactions from the online community. 

According to reports, the vehicle was traveling from Simbahang Bato and heading to Imus when the driver followed directions provided by the navigation app Waze. At around 11:40 a.m., while passing through Daang Kykalabaw, the vehicle allegedly took the wrong route that led it into a dangerous area.

As the vehicle continued along the road, one of its wheels reportedly slipped off the edge of a cliff. The incident left the vehicle stuck in a risky position and raised concerns about the safety of the passengers inside. 

With the vehicle unable to move, those on board found themselves stranded and in need of immediate assistance. 

A rider who happened to pass by the area quickly noticed the situation and sought help. Local barangay officials, village watchmen, and nearby residents immediately responded and worked together to assist the stranded passengers. 

The rescue effort was further strengthened by the owner of a loader, who generously allowed the use of heavy equipment to safely pull the vehicle away from the edge of the ravine. Thanks to the quick response and cooperation of the community, the vehicle was successfully recovered without any major damage or injuries. 

Despite the frightening incident, all passengers were safely rescued and able to continue their journey.
