The PR person of Kapamilya actor James Reid reacted to the rumor that his girlfriend, social media personality Issa Pressman, is pregnant.
James and Issa’s relationship created a loud buzz in the entertainment industry. One of the reasons behind this was the fact that James’s ex-girlfriend, award-winning actress Nadine Lustre, was friends with Issa and her sister, actress Yassi Pressman.
When James and Issa became more publicly visible together, speculations surfaced that they cheated on Nadine, but they strongly denied the cheating accusations against them.
In a previous statement, Issa Pressman even stressed that she messaged Nadine Lustre before she and James Reid went public with their relationship.
Amid the bashing and the negative reactions, James and Issa’s relationship is getting stronger. Previously, rumors surfaced that they were already engaged.
Just recently, it was rumored that Issa is pregnant, and this was because of her photo with James, allegedly showing a tummy bump. However, some netizens pointed out that it might just be because of her angle in the photo, or her outfit, or that she was just “busog.”
Based on the article in ABS-CBN Entertainment, Vani Altomonte, the PR person of James, spoke about the pregnancy rumors.
“Not sure where the rumors came from, but to clarify: Issa Pressman is not pregnant,” the PR person said. Altomonte also shared the joyful news that the celebrity couple is now completely obsessed with their new pet.
“James and Issa are celebrating a new addition to their lives, though, but just the furry kind. Their Aussie Doodle, Koda, has officially taken over their world in the best way,” Altomonte enthused.
Meanwhile, James Reid recently had his acting comeback through the series Someone, Someday. In a previous interview, the actor shared that he was excited about his acting comeback since, in recent years, he had focused more on his music career.
