Love took center stage when Dingdong Avanzado pulled off a heartfelt surprise for his wife, Jessa Zaragoza. This marked their 25th wedding anniversary, and the story behind it is just as heartwarming as their marriage is.
Initially, Jessa thought that she would be performing at an event, but upon making an entrance, a simple event turned into a deeply personal and emotional moment. The singer believed she had been invited to perform at a gathering, without knowing that the gathering was for her.
The touching reveal captured Jessa’s genuine shock and joy, and immediately after she saw her husband, tears flowed, realizing she was in for no ordinary event. The was wearing a custom mermaid gown by Fatima Beltran Couture, featuring intricate draping and delicate lace sleeves.
Dingdong was emotional during the ceremony, particularly when his wife walked down the aisle again, but this time, marking a significant chapter in their relationship after 25 years of marriage filled with love, growth, and commitment.
According to handler Lynda Yuvienco of Cornerstone, it took one year for Dingdong to pull off this surprise. The handler shared, “We told her that they had a booking for a jewelry brand that’s why she has to wear a white gown (Jessa doesn’t like wearing white), but told her everything was mandated by the client.”
Avanzado successfully pulled off the surprise vow renewal by keeping the plan secret, involving close family and friends, staging a fake event to get Jessa dressed up, and working with a planner to ensure everything went smoothly. He also made sure that their daughter, Jayda, is significantly involved.
