Sofia Andres had a funny viral video
Kapamilya actress Sofia Andres had this funny “lutang moment” on national TV when she mistakenly introduced herself as Jeff Canoy, one of the reporters of ABS-CBN Network.
Sofia recently guested on “TV Patrol Express” to report showbiz news for the promo of her thriller-drama TV series “The Alibi” starring Kapamilya onscreen partners Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino, also known as the KimPau tandem.
During the program’s outro spiels, Sofia seemed to forget that she still had something to read, so Jeff Canoy started what she was going to say.
“Ako po…” Jeff said, apparently leading Sofia to say what she had to say for the outro.
Then, Sofia mistakenly read the name of Jeff Canoy from the teleprompter during the sign-off, saying, “Ako po si… Jeff Canoy?” instead of her own name.
The reporter rode along with the blooper by introducing himself as Sofia Andres. With that, they both laughed, and everyone in the studio.
The Kapamilya actress shared this on her social media page, and she wrote in the caption, “Ako tuwing Monday be like: Best lutang moment hahhaha Jeff Canoy.” The reporter reposted this with the caption, “May bagong Jeff Canoy na.”
Meanwhile, Sofia Andres also had a recent statement that caught the attention of the online community. It was her reaction to being called “kontrabida” and “pakialamera.” This came from the fact that she would share her thoughts on certain issues or defend people close to her heart.
She said that it is because she is a protective friend, and she always wants to protect her loved ones. Before this, Sofia became a trending topic for her post amid the breakup rumor involving actress Chie Filomeno and businessman Matthew Lhuillier, who is a relative of her partner Daniel Miranda.
