Mavy Legaspi reacted to the comments he recently received as a PBB host
Kapuso host Mavy Legaspi explained his “cringe” hosting style in the reality show Pinoy Big Brother.
The reality is a partnership between ABS-CBN and GMA. In the first Celebrity Collab Edition, Mavy was introduced as one of the hosts from the Kapuso network.
Just recently, the finale for the second season of PBB Celebrity Collab Edition was held, and Lella Ford, the younger sister of Supreme Idol Daniel Padilla, was the Big Winner.

After the show, Mavy Legaspi became a trending topic on social media, and netizens could not help but talk about his hosting style, which they found “cringe.” Some netizens even asked why the actor-host was speaking that way.
The actor-host received negative reactions on social media because of that. A day after the show, Mavy addressed the criticism he received.
Through his post on his Instagram Story, he explained why his hosting style was “cringe” at that time. He first congratulated the PBB Online-Verse family, and he said thank you as well.

Then, he said that there was a microphone delay at that time. “We experienced the worst microphone delay and could literally hear our voices echo in the venue, which made it difficult to talk,” he explained.
Mavy apologized if he sounded slow at times during the online live session on YouTube and Facebook. He also stressed that they did their best even amid that technical difficulty. “Thank you for being patient with us!” he added.
In another post, Mavy Legaspi admitted that it was indeed cringe, but still, he was thankful for the support that their show received. He also said that this was the reason why he went Live, and it was to talk about that “cringe” moment.
