A new chapter has opened for actress Iwa Moto and businessman Pampi Lacson. They are finally an engaged couple after a quiet yet meaningful proposal. Among the first to cheer them on, and probably one of the first people to know, is Jodi Sta Maria.
Pampi is her ex-husband. While their family’s setup is unconventional, many admire how open-minded everyone is. They have this close and beautiful kind of relationship, filled with real kindness and sincerity. Jodi and Iwa have forged an unusual friendship stemming from their blended family.
On Instagram, Iwa shared an Instagram Reel of their recent trip to Japan, where Pampi proposed to her. They got engaged in Nara on February 18. In the caption, she reflected on their long journey together and looked back on those years that strengthened their relationship.
Among those who sent their best wishes to the newly engaged couple was Jodi. In the comment section, she wrote, “Life has a beautiful way of unfolding. Congratulations on your engagement Madam and Pampi! Rejoicing with you both! This milestone is truly significant for the whole family!”
Iwa replied to Jodi’s comment and shared that she was among the first ones who knew about the proposal, as the couple had promised her.
To recall, Jodi and Pampi got married in 2005 and separated in 2011. They have a son together named Thirdy, who was born in 2005. Iwa and Pampi, on the other hand, have been together for almost 14 years now as of this writing, and they share two children named Hiromi and Caleb.
Jodi and Pampi’s marriage was annulled in 2024.
