Drag artist Sofia Trazona, daughter of former SexBomb Girl Izzy Trazona, defended herself and the girl group amid the remarks of Alvin Aragon.
Alvin Aragon defended his wife, Izzy Trazona, amid her complicated relationship with her transgender child, Sofia. The StarStruck season one alum said that the former member of the SexBomb Girls is simply following God’s word in the Bible.
He claimed that Trazona is being bashed for supposedly not accepting her child, who is a member of the LGBT community. He defended this, saying that this decision was in adherence to the Bible, which supposedly stated that “God judged homosexuality.”
Amid the controversies stemming from this remark of Aragon and among his other remarks, Sofia Trazona broke her silence and proudly declared that she’s loud and proud about being a transwoman.
“Trans and proud,” she captioned her post along with a transgender flag emoji.
She also showed her support for the SexBomb Girls on TikTok. The statement appeared to be a response to Aragon’s earlier remarks expressing his disapproval of the group’s outfits, dance routines, and overall image.
“One thing I love about SexBomb is that people don’t see them because of their clothes. They see them more than the clothes, beyond the clothes, they see them as empowering women, sobrang strong nilang tao, and their undeniable talent… It gives them confidence, eh,” she said.

She further emphasized that women should never be objectified, regardless of whether they choose to wear revealing clothes or not. According to her, the issue lies with those who choose to sexualize them. What someone wears should not matter, because the real problem arises when people lose respect and begin crossing boundaries.
Meanwhile, as Alvin continues to deal with the criticism, Izzy declared her faith anew on social media.
