Alvin Aragon Issue: Did Sunshine Garcia Take A Swipe At Him?

Did Sunshine Garcia take a subtle swipe at Alvin Aragon amid the buzz against him?

Controversial Alvin Aragon made intriguing remarks, and performer Sunshine Garcia shared this post, seemingly subtly swiping at him.

“StarStruck” alum Alvin Aragon shared his reaction to comments comparing him to the other husbands of the SexBomb Girls. His remarks were quite off and distasteful to some, and it seems Sunshine Garcia, one of the members of the group, took a swipe at him in a post after he specifically mentioned her husband, Bulacan Vice Governor Alex Castro.

To justify his decision not to allow his wife, Izzy Trazona, to join the concert of the group, he expressed that it was just his way to protect his wife. He mentioned the name of the vice governor, saying, “Sinasabi nila, ‘Buti pa ‘yung asawa ni Sunshine, Vice Governor, pinayagan sila mag-concert.’ Dapat nga hindi eh. Dapat nga, ‘yung asawa mo, ingatan mo. Hindi mo hahayaang mag-suot ng mga damit na para pagnasaan ng mga lalaki.”

In a post, Sunshine expressed her appreciation for her husband, thanking him for his full support in letting her do what she wants, for allowing her to grow, and for doing things that would make her happy.

“And thank you lagi sa SUPPORT, hinahayaan mo akong mag-GROW at gawin ‘yung mga bagay na makakapag-pasaya sa akin. Thank you sa pag-intindi. I love you, VG (vice governor) Alex Castro,” she wrote on Facebook.

Sunshine and Alex tied the knot back in 2019 at the Manila Cathedral in Intramuros. In her post, they enjoyed their quality time together.

Meanwhile, the SexBomb Girls just held five successful days of their reunion concert, and another date is being added due to the demand. They will also have a world tour, according to Boy Abunda on Monday’s “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda.”

The first show was at the Araneta Coliseum on December 4, and the second show was at the SM Mall of Asia Arena on December 9. The third, fourth, and fifth shows were also held at the MOA Arena on February 6, 7, and 8.
