Actor Ken Chen reportedly will return to the Philippines amid the legal issues he is facing.

To recall, reports surfaced that Ken faced estafa complaints, as he was allegedly involved in an investment scam. Because of this, it was said that he went abroad.

Amid the issue, the actor took a break from the entertainment industry. When this controversy first exploded, Ken was still doing the Kapuso series Abot Kamay Na Pangarap.

Based on the article in PEP, it was said that Ken Chan is set to return to the Philippines in 2026. The last public appearance that he did was at the GMA Gala at the Manila Marriott Hotel, Pasay City, on July 20, 2024.

After that, reports surfaced that an arrest warrant was released against him in connection with the syndicated estafa case filed against him.

It was said that Ken was in financial trouble as he was allegedly involved in a PHP14-million restaurant investment scandal. According to his investors, the actor did not fulfill the supposed division of profit.

In November 2024, the warrant of arrest was served against Ken Chan. However, the authorities did not find him in his house in Quezon City.

Reportedly, the actor was spotted in Taiwan and Thailand. However, no one can locate where he is now. Then, it was said by PEP’s Cabinet Files that Ken is set to return to the Philippines.

Ken shared a social media post last November 2024, he said that the truth will be revealed.
