Here’s the statement of the legal counsel of Michelle Dee and Rhian Ramos.
Kapuso actresses Michelle Dee and Rhian Ramos are facing accusations, and here’s the statement of their legal counsel.
In a previous article, beauty queen-actress Michelle Dee, fellow Kapuso actress Rhian Ramos, and beauty queen-politician Samantha Panlilio allegedly mauled and illegally detained the driver of Ramos.

Alias “Totoy,” the personal driver of Ramos, recently filed a complaint with the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI). He alleged that he was repeatedly beaten, subjected to abuse, and illegally detained at his employer’s residence on January 17.
Dee, Ramos, and Panlilio’s issue surfaced online after Dee filed a qualified theft complaint against the driver of Ramos. Totoy, after the complaint, also stepped out to file a complaint against the three.
Following the reports that erupted online, the legal counsel of Dee and Ramos, Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque, spoke by issuing a statement.
Based on the statement, the clients have not received a copy of the complaint allegedly filed against them before the NBI. They will respond once they are furnished with it. The statement added that there was no incident of illegal detention that occurred, noting that Baro was considered a resident of the condominium as the driver of the Kapuso actress.
“The last incident of our clients with Mr. Baro was when Michelle Dee filed a criminal case for qualified theft against him, which he admitted and he even returned some of the items to Michelle,” the statementreflected.
The lawyers said they believe the complaint was filed only as leverage and in retaliation for the qualified theft case.
In an interview with the media, the driver narrated what happened and claimed that he said he and Ramos had just come from a taping when she and her bodyguards allegedly confronted and beat him inside her Makati residence.
He claimed he was detained on the 39th floor, and when he tried to escape to end his life. He jumped out of the window from the 39th floor, but his attempt hit a snag when an electrical cable stopped his fall, and swung him back into the 25th floor. They caught him again and brought him back to the 39th floor and assaulted him again.
