Traslacion 2026 is set on Friday, and here’s the route and other details to know.

TRASLACION 2026 ROUTE – Millions of devotees are expected take part, and here are the locations of entry and exit points.

The Minor Basilica and National Shrine of Jesus Nazareno, Manila city government, and other national agencies are now ready for the millions of devotees who will swarm the yearly procession, which will happen on Friday, January 9.

Traslacion 2026 Route

A total of 33 Masses will be held consecutively at Quiapo Church, beginning at 3 PM on January 8. The Fiesta Masses will be celebrated hourly and continuously until 11 PM on January 9. The Misa Mayor is set at 12 midnight on Friday, presided by Balanga Bishop Rufino Sescon Jr., a former rector of Quiapo Church.

It will be followed by a vigil and a youth program until the early morning.

The procession route will start at Quirino Grandstand and end at Quiapo Church.

Entry route for devotees attending Mass inside Quiapo Church

  • From Plaza Lacson going to Carlos Palanca Street
  • Enter Villalobos Street
  • Proceed to Plaza Miranda and the Quiapo Church

Entry route for devotees from western and northern areas

  • From Rizal Avenue
  • Proceed along Carriedo Street
  • Up to Plaza San Juan Bautista only

Entry route for devotees from northern areas or Quezon City

  • From Quezon Boulevard
  • Pass through Quinta Market
  • Enter Villalobos Street
  • Proceed to Plaza Miranda or the Church

Devotees leaving from Carriedo and Plaza San Juan Bautista should use only the following streets, all leading to C.M. Recto Avenue and Rizal Avenue:

  • Evangelista Street
  • Palma Street
  • Plateria Street
  • Padre Gomez Street
  • Sales Street
  • Estero Cegado
