Sharon Cuneta and Judy Ann Santos remained very close
Megastar Sharon Cuneta received a heartfelt message from soap opera queen Judy Ann Santos.
Sharon and Judy Anne worked together in the movie Magkapatid in 2002. From that, they became “sister” behind the camera. They became close and continued supporting each other.
The two actresses had been with each other in the greatest milestones in their lives, even during the ups and downs they experienced. Their sisterhood continued even outside showbiz.
On Sunday, January 4, ASAP Natin ‘To had a portion for Sharon Cuneta’s advanced birthday celebration, based on the article in Abante. The actress-singer turns 60 on January 6.
Judy Ann Santos was one of the celebrities who surprised the Megastar. In her message to her big sister, Judy Ann said she is ready to be there for Sharon.
“Basta ikaw, in a heartbeat I will always be here for you. I just want you to know na ipinanganak ka for a reason. Your purpose is to inspire and aspire plenty of people around you. Marami kaming nagmamahal sa ‘yo!” the wife of TV host Ryan Agoncillo said.
Sharon Cuneta was touched by the message she received from the actress whom she considers her younger sister.
Meanwhile, back in March 2025, Sharon Cuneta shared that she wished to work with Judy Ann Santos and Piolo Pascual. In an interview back then, the Megastar shared that ABS-CBN executives brought up an idea to her, and she would love to do this kind of project with Piolo.
In the same interview, the wife of Senator Kiko Pangilinan also said that she wanted to share the same frame with Judy Ann. The actress-singer also said that it could be a Sharon-Piolo-Juday movie project, but she said that the story would no longer be a love triangle.
