Duterte’s Former Spox Harry Roque Reposts Photo of “3 Diligent” House Members
Harry Roque reacted to the meet up of congressmen Leandro Leviste and Kiko Barzaga and Kamanggagawa Party-list Representative Eli San Fernando.
Some congressmen in the House of Representatives recently hooked attention after they made their claims on the sensitive issues in the government. One of them is the son of Senator Loren Legarda, Batangas Rep. Leandro Leviste, who hooked attention amid the reported death of the late former Department of Public Works and Highways Undersecretary Maria Catalina Cabral.
Leviste claimed that he allegedly has the files of the late former DPWH Undersecretary Maria Catalina Cabral. The former DPWH Usec. died last December 18, 2025 after an alleged fall from a cliff in Benguet.
Aside from the alleged Cabral files, Leviste also claimed that 318 congressmen allegedly received a P2-million Christmas bonus each. The alleged allowance supposedly came from the P18.58-million Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses or MOOE fund.
Aside from Cong. Leandro Leviste, Cavite 4th District Cong. Kiko Barzaga also hooked attention. Barzaga who is currently under a suspension by the House of Representatives became prominent for speaking against President Bongbong Marcos and the administration.
Barzaga even led the call for the resignation of Marcos Jr. His being vocal against the Marcos admin hooked different reactions from the people as well as his fellow government officials.
Recently, together with Kamanggagawa Party-list Rep. Eli San Fernando, congressmen Kiko Barzaga and Leandro Leviste had a meet up. Their photo was reposted by Duterte’s former spokesman Harry Roque on social media.
Harry Roque who also calls for the resignation of Pres. Bongbong Marcos stays abroad for a year now. A local court in the Philippines previously issued an arrest warrant against him over his alleged ties with the illegal Philippine offshore gaming operations in the country.
Through a post on social media, Harry Roque called Batangas Cong. Leandro Leviste, Cavite Cong. Kiko Barzaga, and Kamanggagawa Party-list Rep. Eli San Fernando as the three (3) diligent House members. His move came in time for the Three Kings celebration.
“Happy three kings! Ang tatlong makisig sa Kamara na may mga kopya ng Cabral files! Mabuhay!” Duterte’s former Spokesman said.
Previously, Harry Roque expressed his salute to Cong. Kiko Barzaga.
