Coco Martin signed a new contract
Kapamilya actor Coco Martin has chosen to remain loyal to his home network, ABS-CBN, for many years now.
Coco is one of the most popular actors of his generation in the Philippine entertainment industry. For many years, he has been under the Kapamilya network. Currently, his series FPJ’s Batang Quiapo continues receiving support from his avid fans.
Aside from being an actor, Coco also ventured into directing and producing with his own production company.

There had been rumors that Coco Martin ended his contract with his manager, and with this, speculations surfaced that he might switch networks. However, there was no confirmation about this.
Eventually, the rumors died down, and the actor continued doing projects. Just recently, Coco was one of the Kapamilya stars who expressed happiness for ABS-CBN’s return to Channel 2, which is currently owned by ALLTV, under the AMBS company of business tycoon Manny Villar.
Based on the article by Abante entertainment writer Jun Lalin, Coco is active in promoting the Kapamilya shows that will be shown on ALLTV, especially his series.

Aside from Coco, his partner actress, Julia Montes, is also promoting it. Lalin said that many people admired Coco’s loyalty to ABS-CBN. It is known to many that the network went through a tough time when it was not able to renew its franchise, but Coco was one of the stars who did not leave.
“Anyway, kapipirma lang ni Coco ng kontrata sa ABS-CBN kaya grabe talaga sa pagpo-promote ang action star-producer-director sa kanilang bagong tahanan,” the entertainment writer said.
Meanwhile, it is rumored in recent weeks, rumors surfaced that FPJ’s Batang Quiapo is set to end this 2026. Lalin said that this is something that they wanted to ask the actor. The entertainment writer added that they were able to ask someone about this, but that person said that there was no fixed date when the series would end.
