Kyline Alcantara looked back at her 2025
Kapuso actress Kyline Alcantara shared that the previous year was quite tough as it “challenged” her.
Kyline had quite a controversial 2025 because of her breakup with basketball player Kobe Paras. The breakup rumors circulated in April last year after netizens noticed that they unfollowed each other on Instagram.
Kyline remained silent about this. Kobe was accused of cheating. Even though neither of them directly addressed the issue, it was the basketball player’s mom, Jackie Forster, who released a video statement.
The former actress claimed that Kylie Alcantara begged their family to convince Kobe Paras to get back with her. Jackie Forster also accused the Kapuso actress of physically assaulting her son.
Once again, Kyline remained silent about the issue. She was also silent about the recent rumor linking her to Congressman Sandro Marcos. Claims surfaced that they were together in a bar, while some netizens speculated that Sandro’s ex-girlfriend, actress Alexa Miro, was referring to Kyline when she said that the congressman came with a girl at a bar.
2025 indeed brought a lot to Kyline. In a social media post, the Kapuso actress talked about the impact that the previous year had on her. “Grateful to be ending 2025 working and stepping into 2026 still doing what I am passionate about,” she wrote.
Kyline mentioned that the previous year had challenged her. “The journey of 2025 shaped me, challenged me, and revealed another level of resilience within me, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I am welcoming this new year grounded, focused, and hungry for growth,” she shared.
On the other hand, the Kapuso actress is hopeful that 2026 will bring a meaningful journey. Kyline Alcantara also said that she is ready “to build, to learn, to rise, and to keep showing up for myself and my purpose.”
