Missing Bride-to-Be Sherra de Juan Found Safe in Ilocos
SHERRA DE JUAN – Relief washed over Sherra de Juan’s family after authorities confirmed that the missing bride-to-be has been found in the Ilocos Region following days of anxious searching.
The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) confirmed on Monday that the missing bride-to-be, Sherra de Juan, has been successfully located in the Ilocos Region, bringing relief to her family and the public following days of uncertainty surrounding her disappearance.
According to QCPD spokesperson Maj. Jen Gannaban, police authorities have already verified De Juan’s location and immediately initiated coordination efforts to ensure her safe return. Gannaban stated that De Juan was positively located in the Ilocos Region, prompting law enforcement personnel to head to the area without delay. Officers from QCPD Police Station 5 are currently leading the operation, working closely with De Juan’s family to escort her back to Quezon City in a careful and orderly manner.

Authorities estimated that the travel time from the Ilocos Region to Quezon City would take approximately three hours. Based on this timeline, police expect De Juan and the escorting team to arrive in the city at around 5:00 p.m. Officials emphasized that the priority is her safety and well-being as she is transported back to her family.
De Juan was officially reported missing on December 10, just days before her scheduled wedding. She was supposed to get married to her fiancé on December 14, a detail that heightened public concern as her disappearance coincided with what should have been a significant milestone in her life. Her sudden absence led authorities to launch an investigation and conduct interviews with individuals close to her.
In a previous report, Sherra De Juan’s fiancé and brother were questioned for 7 hours. Police disclosed that they were exploring possible reasons behind her disappearance. As part of the inquiry, both her fiancé and her brother were questioned extensively to gather information that could shed light on the situation.

Sherra’s brother, Darie De Juan, earlier shared insights into her state of mind prior to going missing. He said, “Sabi ko naman wala kami napapansin kasi ang puro naming pinag-uusapan about doon sa kasal na mangyayari sa kaniya. Excited nga ‘yun nagpaplano kami ng sayaw na gagawi.” His statement suggested that Sherra appeared excited and focused on wedding preparations, with no visible signs of distress noticed by the family.
As authorities continue to look into the circumstances surrounding her disappearance, the confirmation of Sherra de Juan’s location marks a crucial development in the case. Further details are expected once she arrives safely in Quezon City and is able to speak with investigators.
