After Miss Universe: Ahtisa Manalo Confirms She’s Taken and Happily in Love
AHTISA MANALO – Fresh from her strong Miss Universe finish, Ahtisa Manalo is making headlines once again—this time not for pageantry, but for matters of the heart.
Filipino beauty queen Ahtisa Manalo recently gave fans a rare glimpse into her personal life as she candidly spoke about her love life and plans following her Miss Universe journey. In Vice Ganda’s latest YouTube vlog, Ahtisa openly revealed that she is currently in a relationship.
The former pageant queen shared that she and her boyfriend started dating shortly after the Miss Universe pageant. “Bago lang kami,” she said, emphasizing that the relationship is still fresh and new.
When asked how long they have been together, Ahtisa clarified that they do not follow the usual monthly milestones couples often celebrate. “Wala kaming monthsary pero meron kaming date na in-ask niya ako kailan [kami na],” she explained, suggesting that their relationship is defined more by meaningful moments than labels.
Ahtisa’s revelation comes after a significant milestone in her pageantry career. She finished as 3rd runner-up at the 2025 Miss Universe pageant held in Thailand last November, a strong showing that marked a high point in her journey on the international stage. Shortly after the competition, she also reflected on her decision to step away from pageantry during a podcast interview with veteran journalist Kara David.
According to Ahtisa, the Miss Universe pageant served as a fitting conclusion to her years in competitions. “I feel like this is the perfect way to close that chapter of my life,” she remarked. She went on to express contentment with how her journey ended, adding, “I’m happy because I feel like I closed that chapter of doing pageants in a nice manner.” For Ahtisa, walking away on a high note brought her a sense of fulfillment and peace.
Looking ahead, Ahtisa is already considering what comes next beyond crowns and sashes. When asked about her plans after pageantry, she shared that entrepreneurship may once again be on the horizon. “Maybe I will go back to business. I think I want to do something with health and wellness,” she said.
