To recall, a video went viral online showing that Carlo hit the head of Crispin Villamor, the “magkakariton.” A man can be seen mediating between Carlo and Crispin. After that incident, Pokie released a video statement.
The comedienne apologized to Crispin and his daughter, who was with him during the road rage incident. Pokie stressed that she was not defending her brother, and she even said that she would be reaching out to the father and daughter.
In a previous report, Crispin aired his side of the story. He said that Carlo did see him and his daughter at the side of the street and just ignored them, even though it was obvious that he bumped into something. Crispin claimed that Carlo only got out of his car after the second bump.
In a recent episode of Showbiz Update, the YouTube showbiz talk show of Ogie Diaz, he shared the side of Carlo Subong. He said that Pokwang’s brother was provoked.
“Dapat mayro’ng CCTV do’n, e, kasi parang makita nila. […] Una, nabangga na siya. Pinagbigyan daw n’ong kapatid ni Pokwang. So, sige na. Quits na. So, naghiwalay na sila. Binagga pa ulit,” Ogie shared, adding that this was the reason why Carlo agot angry and went out of the car.
“Kaya nagalit na ‘yong kapatid ni Pokwang. Lumabas na. Kaya nasapok. Na-provoke,” Ogie shared. On the other hand, he stressed that this did not justify what Carlo Subong did to the “magkakariton.”
In a recent social media post, Pokie received various reactions. It was because she shared a clip showing that the lifetime revocation of the LTO license applies to an incident that caused death.
