Just recently, netizens’ attention was caught by the social media posts she shared on her Instagram Story. The actress shared a photo of her wrist with a hospital identification bracelet.
This was followed by mental health reminders, which have 6 items listed. The first one was about accepting that it is okay to not be okay, and the next was about celebrating little progress.
For the third item, the reminder focused on remembering to take breaks when feelings get overwhelmed, and the next item was about surrounding oneself with people who can uplift them.
Then, the reminder highlighted the value of being gentle to oneself during difficult times, and this was followed by the importance of focusing on the things that one can control and letting go of those that are not.
