Annabelle Rama, a well-known personality, recalled being scammed despite working honestly as a jewelry seller.
Honesty is a must at all times, but sometimes, despite being the most honest in a room, one can unfortunately end up being scammed. People scamming others who work honestly is a sad and unfortunate reality, and among those who fell victim to this is Annabelle Rama.
Despite her status, she fell victim to this several times as a jewelry seller.
There was a time in her life when she worked as a jeweler, which is why she is knowledgeable about jewelry. The hardest part of the job was not selling, but collecting payments. Despite working hard to sell, she never truly prospered and made progress in life.
“Puro one year to pay, pagdating ng three months, talbog ang mga tseke. Ayoko na lang magbanggit, pero, sana makulong na siya para matutuwa naman ako,” she shared.
This experience taught her a hard and expensive lesson in life, and she learned. After receiving bounced checks, she learned that she would no longer sell to just anyone. She is still selling jewelry, but this time, she is screening her buyers.
“Meron akong limang customers lang na puro cash. Yun na lang ang ginagawa ko ngayon,” she said.
Meanwhile, her husband, Eddie Gutierrez, underwent an operation previously in Singapore. He had his first spinal procedure in Singapore on December 10 at the Mount Elizabeth Hospital Neuro Spine & Pain Center in the said country.
In an update from Ruffa Gutierrez, Eddie had shown signs of improvement after the operation. The antibiotic helped him, and they thanked people who sent them love and support as their family went through a crucial time.
