According to her fiancé, Mark Arjay Reyes, Sherra left their home on December 10 after saying she would go to the mall in North Fairview, Quezon City to buy her bridal shoes. Unfortunately, she never returned.

Based on information gathered from CCTV footage, Sherra was last seen around 1:35 in the afternoon at a Petron gas station along Atherton Street in Barangay North Fairview. At the time, she was wearing a black jacket and black pants.

It was also shared that she did not bring her cellphone, as it was left at home to charge, and she was only carrying a small coin purse.

As days passed with no word from Sherra, her family and fiancé decided to seek help from the Quezon City Police District. Police immediately began reviewing CCTV footage from nearby areas to trace her last movements.
