Robin Padilla Has This Advice For Bato Dela Rosa

Sen. Robin Padilla said that he has no communication with Sen. Bato dela Rosa

Senator Robin Padilla had this advice for his fellow lawmaker, Senator Bato dela Rosa, amid his recent predicament.

Dela Rosa has not been attending Senate sessions following the circulation of reports saying that the International Criminal Court (ICC) released a warrant of arrest against him, regarding his supposed involvement in the war on drugs program of former President Rodrigo Duterte.

The former chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP) has been away from the public eye. Previously, he was defended by some of his fellow senators, saying that the “no work, no pay” policy is not applicable to him.

Sen. Bato dela Rosa also received support from Sen. Robin Padilla. Based on the article in Abante News, Padilla shared his advice for Dela Rosa.

Never surrender to foreign power,” the actor-politician said. However, he said that he has not talked to Dela Rosa.

Wala kaming kontak ni Sen. Bato. Maingat ‘yun, dati ‘yung sundalo/pulis. Batid noon na ang mga cellphone namin ay mainit,” Padilla said, adding, “Ang advice ko sa kanya ay never surrender to foreign power.”

Dela Rosa was the former head of the Philippine National Police (PNP) during the war on drugs of the previous administration of former President Rodrigo Duterte.

Dela Rosa is allegedly implicated in Duterte’s crimes against humanity case at the ICC for his role in the campaign against illegal drugs that resulted in the deaths of thousands of drug suspects.

Meanwhile, Sen. Robin Padilla officially had his showbiz comeback just recently after he signed a contract with Viva Films. He has also finished filming his upcoming movie, Bad Boy 3. Previously, Padilla reminded his fellow politicians that the “ayuda” that they are giving to the calamity victims came from the people’s tax.
