Her full name is Lakambini Yap Chiu, and born in 1981. She is now 44 years old and is the eldest of businessman William Chiu, a Chinese-Filipino from Mindoro, and Louella Yap Chiu, a Tsinoy native from the Dinagat Islands who later settled in Surigao del Sur.
