In August, Kapuso star Carla Abellana confirmed that she was dating someone; however, she did not identify this special guy in her life. Recently, she posted a photo of her hand being held by a man, and this same hand is wearing what appeared to be an engagement ring.
The caption of her post was a Bible verse, and it stated: Jeremiah 29:11: “\’For I know the plans I have for you,\’ declares the LORD, \’plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.\’”
In the comments section, her friends, fellow celebrities, and followers flooded her post with congratulatory messages. Chynna Ortaleza commented, “Aysus! Ang ganda ganda ng kwento na ito Congratulations guys. [Carla] & your forever partner!”
To recall, based on a previous article, Carla addressed the wedding rumors, saying, “Kung totoo man po iyon o hindi, of course that’s part of my private life.”
She expressed that she would like to keep this part of her life private this time. She had been through so much that was publicized, and this time, she is choosing to protect and keep it private.
In 2021, Carla married actor Tom Rodriguez. But in 2022, the celebrity couple revealed their divorce. The reason behind this was not disclosed.
