Civil Engineer Board Exam Results November 2025 to be Released Today (November 28) 

CELE – PRC will release the Civil Engineer Board Exam Results November 2025 on Friday (November 28, 2025). 

According to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, entitled “Schedule of the Licensure Exam for the Year 2025,” Civil Engineer Board Exam Results November 2025 will be released within five working days after the exams. 

PRC Board of Civil Engineering headed by Chairman, Engr. Praxedes P. Bernardo and members, Engr. Pericles P. Dakay and Engr. Romeo A. Estañero conducted CELE November 2025 at various testing centers on November 22-23, 2025.        

The Civil Engineer Board Exam Results November 2025 include the list of passers, top 10 passers, top-performing and performance of schools.

The Professional Regulation Commission will allow Civil Engineer Board exam passers to verify their scores online a few days after the results are released. Through the PRC website, successful examinees can access the Verification Page and check their exam rating by entering details such as the exam name, exam date, application number, full name, and birthdate. 

For those who wish to join the face-to-face mass oath-taking, registration must be completed no later than noon on the day before the ceremony. Attendance can be confirmed by signing up through the PRC online portal. 

Passers who are unable to join the on-site ceremony have other options. They may attend the virtual oath-taking or request a special schedule. Updates and final dates will be posted on the PRC website once arrangements are finalized. 

To take the online oath, passers simply need to set an appointment through the same website and choose the “e-OATH” option. Registration closes five days before the scheduled online ceremony. 

Before attending, inductees must also download and print the Oath of Professional form found under PRC Online Services. 

After completing the oath, newly licensed civil engineers may proceed with their Initial Registration through the PRC portal. Once registered, passers can move forward with the remaining requirements to formally receive their professional license.
