Exhibitionist Caught by Barangay Tanods After Inappropriate Acts Outside Boutique  in Antipolo

An exhibitionist was caught by barangay tanods in Antipolo City after employees of a boutique for his inappropriate behavior.

On Tuesday morning (November 25, 2025), barangay watchmen of Barangay Upper San Isidro arrested an exhibitionist after displaying an act of lasciviousness outside of a boutique. The man was seen doing lewd acts outside the store, and two female employees were able to record the incident on video as evidence.

According to Barangay Peace and Safety Officer Renante Tuñacao, the man was still lingering in front of the boutique when they arrived. The tanods immediately approached him and brought him to the barangay for questioning.

During the conversation, the man promised that he would not repeat what he did, but he also insisted that he did not feel any regret over his actions, which worried both the victims and the community.

Lt. Col. Mark Henry Garcia, the officer-in-charge of the Antipolo City Police, said the man may still be released if no formal complaint is filed. He reminded the public that incidents like this should always be reported so authorities can begin proper investigations and maintain safety in the area.

He encouraged everyone not to hesitate in seeking help when they come across behavior that seems unacceptable or alarming.

Tuñacao also urged residents to immediately contact their barangay if they witness anything unusual, stressing that quick reporting helps prevent situations from worsening. He emphasized that community vigilance is vital in keeping neighborhoods safe.

“Sa mga ganung insidente po ay huwag kayo magdalawang-isip na lumapit sa awtoridad para mai-report, para mabigyan po natin ng tamang imbestigasyon. Exhibitionist ‘yung mga ganyan po eh,” Tuñacao said.

In a previous report, 2 men arrested in separate operations for acts of lasciviousness

As of this writing, the man has been placed under the temporary custody of his family, who brought him back to the barangay as a way to discipline him and prevent further issues.
