Civil Engineering Board Exam Result November 2025 – Here are the CELE top 10 passers as per released by PRC.   

The Professional Regulation Commission states that Civil Engineering Board Exam Result November 2025 includes the list of passers, top 10 passers, and top-performing schools.         

PRC Board of Civil Engineering headed by Chairman, Engr. Praxedes P. Bernardo and members, Engr. Pericles P. Dakay and Engr. Romeo A. Estañero administered the board exams on November 22-23, 2025.      

The Civil Engineering Licensure Examinations have been conducted at PRC testing centers in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, and Ilocos Sur. 

Civil Engineer Board Exam Result November 2025 is expected to be released on November 28, 2025 (Friday), according to PRC Resolution No. 1927 series of 2024, entitled “Schedule of the Licensure Exam for the Year 2025.”          

However, the Civil Engineering board examinees should expect that exam results might be released earlier or later than the expected date.

• Mathematics, Surveying, and Transportation Engineering (algebra, plane and spherical trigonometry, analytics, descriptive and solid geometry, differential and integral calculus, highway and railroad surveying, plane topographic and hydrographic surveying, advanced surveying, design and construction of highways and railroads, piers, ports, and wharves)

Civil Engineering examinees are instructed to visit PRC’s official website and go to the verification page to check the board examination results and their passing rate.                 

CELE takers will be asked to provide their application number, full name, date of birth, exam name, and date of examination.                       

To guarantee their attendance, all successful examinees who are interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking must register at http://online.prc.gov.ph no later than 12:00 NN on the day before the oath-taking.
