Oil Prices to See Mixed Adjustments by November 25, 2025 (Tuesday)

Gas Stations to Implement Mixed Oil Price Adjustments Next Week

FUEL PRICE UPDATE – Oil prices are expected to get another mixed adjustment starting next week, according to DOE.

Filipino motorists may soon feel another round of fuel price changes as mixed adjustments are expected to take effect on November 25, 2025. Based on recent trading results in the international market, gasoline and diesel are projected to go down by P0.50 per liter and kerosene are likely to increase by P1.35 per liter.

The price changes are expected to be finalized once trading ends last Friday (November 21, 2025), with fuel companies set to release official announcements early next week.

Oil Prices

The Department of Energy explained that gasoline prices may drop by around fifty centavos per liter. This expected decrease is linked to signals of oversupply from major oil-producing countries and generally weaker economic indicators across several regions. With more supply available and lower demand, gasoline costs have softened in recent trading sessions.

However, diesel and kerosene are seen moving in the opposite direction. Diesel may go up by as much as one peso per liter, while kerosene could rise by more than a peso.

These increases are being driven by limited supply in Asia, where some refiners are undergoing maintenance or experiencing unplanned shutdowns. Fewer exports from China have also tightened supply in the region.

Geopolitical developments are also affecting global oil prices. Sanctions imposed by the United States on oil firms from Russia, Iran, and Venezuela continue to disrupt the flow of supply. It has caused pressure on fuel prices, particularly on products commonly used for transport, aviation, and industry.

The ongoing situation surrounding the war in Ukraine is also adding uncertainty, which affects trading worldwide.
