Raul Rocha Cantu is a Mexican businessman and co-owner of the Miss Universe Organisation (MUO) alongside Jakkaphong “Anne” Jakrajutati. He is the founder and chairman of Legacy Holding Group USA, a real estate–focused conglomerate, and holds interests in various sectors, including the medical company CYMSA, jet-leasing firm Century Aviation, as well as restaurants and entertainment businesses.
Previously, resigned MU judge Omar Harfouch made claims online. He was the first to step down from being a judge of the pageant, alleging rigged results. In a new post, Harfouch claimed Miss Mexico’s win is fake, and added, “Raul Rocha and his son urged me, a week ago in Dubai, to vote for Fatima Bosch because they need her to win ‘because it will be good for our business,’ they said to me!”
Rocha, on the other hand, took offense to Harfouch’s claims. Miss Universe 2025 winner is Fatima Bosch of Mexico.

- 3rd Runner-up: Ahtisa Manalo, Philippines
- 4th Runner-up: Olivia Yacé, Cote d’Ivoire
In his most recent post, the resigned judge stirred speculations after sharing a cozy photo of Bosch and Rocha together. The caption read, “Do you know who these people are?”
In the comments section of the post, people’s judgments were divided. Some claimed the photo was edited, while others were angered because of the “cooking show” in the pageant.

Meanwhile, Ahtisa Manalo, who represented the Philippines, was named third runner-up at the end of the pageant. Previously, she claimed that this was going to be her last pageant.
