Ellen Adarna made waves online on Monday after revealing allegations of Derek Ramsay’s infidelity. Just weeks ago, she discovered he had cheated on her, and the earliest time he did this was when they were just nine days together officially as a couple. She was mindblown by the “skills” of her husband, and in every post, she was confident as she held “receipts” in the form of screenshots and recordings.
The latest posts she shared were the recordings of Derek shouting at her and cursing her. She shared this after seeing Derek’s comments claiming he had never cursed her.
In the following Instagram stories, Ellen shared why she made her exposés public. In one of the posts, she shared that conflicts and arguments are normal, but what makes these detrimental is when shouting and cursing start to occur. This is disrespectful to her, and she believes that there are healthier ways to express one’s anger.
On the other hand, she knows herself, and she can be cold sometimes. She often gives the silent treatment, and this can trigger people who are confrontational, but the reason why she is publicizing everything is that behaviors like cheating, psychological abuse, and disrespect towards women should not be tolerated.
She added, “When we stay silent, we enable it. Women deserve safety, honesty, and respect, and calling this out is how we break the pattern and demand accountability.”
She also agreed with comments saying she only spoke up because Derek had been playing the victim, noting that she never acted this way when she and John Lloyd Cruz separated, as he never said anything negative about her in public. He remained silent throughout, which is why she chose to stay silent as well.
