Actor Albie Casiño tagged celebrity Slater Young in his Instagram Story about the recent flooding in Cebu.
Slater rose to fame in showbiz through the Kapamilya reality show Pinoy Big Brother. When he became inactive in showbiz, he focused on his businesses while creating some social media content.
In 2023, he introduced an ambitious project he called Monterrazas, a luxurious residential community located on a hillside.
When Typhoon Tino greatly affected the Visayas Region and flooding occurred, people started blaming Slater Young’s project.
He received bashing online, and some people have pointed out that his project has been questioned before because of the negative effect that it might cause. This was what Albie Casiño pointed out in his recent Instagram Story.
The actor mentioned Slater’s IG account in his post with the emphasis that people were right all along regarding what they had commented on the ambitious project.
“@thatguyslater comments? Many people were commenting that this would happen on [your] post as long as 115 weeks ago. Looks like they were spot on,” Albie wrote in the caption of his post featuring a photo of a flooded area beside a hill.
