Kim Chiu shared something about Paulo Avelino
Kapamilya actress Kim Chiu shared that she received the best gift from her onscreen partner Paulo Avelino.
Kim and Paulo are now known as the KimPau tandem. Their projects continued from the time they started their onscreen partnership through the series Linlang.
Their most current project together is the series The Alibi. In an interview during the blue carpet screening of their new series, based on the article in The Philippine Star, the actor shared the best gift he gave to Kim.
“The best gift ko kay Kimmy ay pakikinig ko sa mga kuwento niya,” Paulo Avelino shared. Kim Chiu agreed with this and added, “More than any material thing, ‘yun talaga. Ang dami nangyayari, nakikinig talaga siya sa akin.”
The Kapamilya actress also shared that they just keep on working, then, people would just comment or say something, and Paulo would say to her that there is always an answer.
Kim added that he is not letting herself think too much of what is happening, but more than anything, she is grateful because she has a lot of projects. “And andiyan siya, nakikinig. Very happy ako, nagbibigay siya ng advice,” the actress said.
For Kim, Paulo is someone who thinks ahead. She jokingly said that the actor is a member of “advance mag-isip.” “Forward thinker siya, advance thinker siya. Papunta pa lang — andoon na siya,” she explained.
Meanwhile, prior to their The Alibi series, Paulo Avelino and Kim Chiu starred in the movie My Love Will Make You Disappear which brought “kilig” to KimPau fans not just in the Philippines but also in other countries, as it also had overseas screenings.
The onscreen partners interacted with their fans during the screenings abroad. Even though supporters have been shipping them and speculated that there is already something romantic between them behind the camera, Paulo and Kim haven’t directly revealed the real status of their relationship.
