BANK SCHEDULES FOR NOVEMBER 1 – Here are the operating schedules of some banks based on the advisories they have released.

In the Philippines, among the occasions that are widely observed across the nation are the All Saints’ Day and the All Souls’ Day which are held every 1st and 2nd day of November. These two (2) are part of the list of the Philippine Holidays 2025. They are the time when people flock in cemeteries.

Many Filipinos have it as a tradition not only to light a candle for their deceased loved ones in the cemeteries every November 1 and November 2. A lot of families spend time in the cemeteries over food, too. As they are usually declared as holidays, there might be changes in the bank schedules for November 1 and 2.

November 2 falls on a Sunday wherein almost all banks have no operations even it is not a holiday. Meanwhile, for the bank schedules for November 1, 2025, a Saturday and a holiday in the country, here’s a guide:

The Bank of the Philippine Islands issued an advisory that stated that all branches of the bank will be closed on October 31, 2025 which is a special non-working day in the Philippines. With regards to bank branches which have Saturday schedules, according to the bank, they will be closed on November 1, 2025 in observance of the All Saints’ Day.

All branches of BDO Unibank will operate on Friday, October 31, 2025, a special non-working day, until 3:00 p.m. On November 1, 2025, in observance of the All Saints’ Day, all branches of the bank will be closed.

In an advisory, Security Bank informed the public that all its branches will be closed on October 31, 2025 and November 1, 2025.

Selected branches of Chinabank opened on Friday, October 31, 2025, a special non-working day. According to the bank, in lieu of the observance of the All Saints’ Day, all branches of the bank are closed today, November 1, 2025.

According to Land Bank of the Philippines, all its branches are closed on October 31 while its ATMs and digital banking channels are open. The bank has no Saturday schedules being a government bank.

All branches and life units of the Development Bank of the Philippines, more popularly known as DBP, were closed on Friday, October 31, 2025, a special non-working day in the country. The DBP is a government bank which also has no Saturday operations.
