ACT-CIS partylist Rep. Jocelyn Tulfo and Senator Raffy Tulfo released a copy of their latest Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth (SALN) to the media.
Previously, senators have released their SALNs or Statements of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth. 20 of the 24 have already released their SALNs to the media, and based on the figures, already on the billionaire line is Senator Raffy Tulfo.
He and his wife, ACT-CIS partylist Rep. Jocelyn Tulfo, declared a net worth of PHP 1,052,977,100.00 as of December 31, 2024, with zero liabilities. PHP 376,800,000 are real properties, while PHP 676,177,100 are personal properties.
They have bought commercial, agricultural, and residential properties worth PHP 376.8 million from 2020 to 2023. Based on the submitted documents, including the 2022 and 2023 SALN, Tulfo has maintained a steady net worth over the three years. He has a net worth of PHP 1.137 billion, PHP 1.274 billion, and PHP 1.052 billion for 2022, 2023, and 2024, respectively.
In his 2024 SALN, he declared that he has 18 cars. Some are bulletproof, and they also have three motorcycles. He declared owning PHP 243 million worth of clothes, accessories, jewelry, and watches.
He also declared business interests in production firms RW Productions Inc., Idol Network Philippines Inc., and Raffy Tulfo in Action Foundation Inc.
In his latest SALN, his relatives in the government include his wife, ACT-CIS Rep. Jocelyn Tulfo, his son, Quezon City 2nd District Rep. Ralph Tulfo, his nephew Luna, Isabela Mayor Adrian Tio, and several working at the Senate – Maricel Tulfo-Tungol (daughter), Gareth-Daniel Tungol (son-in-law), Rodrigo Que (nephew), Margaret Tio (niece), and his brother Sen. Erwin Tulfo.
