Baby Lili or Liana is the daughter of married celebrities Derek Ramsay and Ellen Adarna. She was born in October 2024, and in a post, the actor even expressed how his world just keeps on getting better and better.

The actor wrote, “It feels like just yesterday that I looked into your tiny eyes and felt my entire world shift. From that moment on, you became the center of my heart, my purpose, my forever.”
