Inday Barretto, the mother of Claudine Barretto, has this warning to Jodi Sta. Maria about her current boyfriend, Raymart Santiago.
Twelve years after Claudine Barretto and Raymart Santiago’s annulment was finalized, Inday Barretto, the mother of the actress, spoke and alleged that the actor has been abusive towards his former wife.
To recall, Barretto and Raymart got married in March 2006 and filed for annulment in 2013. They have four children: Santino, Sabina, Quia, and Noah.
Recently, Claudine’s mother, spoke before Ogie Diaz and shared what she knew what happened to them. She expressed, “You married my daughter because she was Claudine Barretto, you dropped her when she stop being a Claudine Barretto because what you did to her because you stop when she is being one.”
The Barretto matriarch shared that he was treated like a son but treated Claudine “like an animal.” She even claimed that she saw her daughter once kneeling in front of him just to get his attention.
In the same interview, Inday left a warning to Jodi Sta. Maria, the current actress Santiago is in a relationship with. After revealing what her daughter went through while being with him, she could say that she will pray for Jodi. She can proceed at her own risk.
“I’m not gonna say good luck to her, I’m just gonna pray for her. But proceed at your own risk. Kung hindi mo pa alam, bahala ka. Bahala na ang Diyos, yun lang sasabihin ko,” Inday said.
She heard that the two are planning to build a house together. But as someone speaking from experience, she cautioned, “Itong g*g*ng to, magpapatayo pa raw ng bahay with Jodi. When Jodi stops being Jodi Sta. Maria, she loses not only Raymart, she’ll lose everything.”
