According to witnesses, the UV Express, driven by 51-year-old Ruel Dela Cerna, hit multiple vehicles, including 12 motorcycles and two cars. The commotion reportedly began after the driver had an argument with another motorcycle rider, which led to a dangerous chase and reckless driving along the busy highway.
The UV Express speeds through traffic even after hitting several vehicles. Some motorists tried to stop the van, with one truck attempting to block its path, but the driver managed to slip through and continued driving for several meters before being cornered and arrested with the help of concerned citizens.
