Actor Aljur Abrenica was asked about the growing closeness between his estranged wife, actress Kylie Padilla, and her My Father’s Wife co-star Jak Roberto.
Kylie and Jak have worked together in the past, but they both admitted that their recent project made them closer. With this, it was inevitable for their fans and co-stars to tease them.
In an interview, Jak said that it is not difficult to fall in love with Kylie. However, he is now more focused on their friendship.
Aljur Abrenica shared in a recent interview, based on the article in Pilipino Star Ngayon, that he and Kylie Padilla are having a good co-parenting setup. They work hand in hand in raising their two sons.
Then, Aljur was asked about the love life of his former partner. To recall, it was reported that Kylie had a relationship with a tattoo artist. However, rumors surfaced that they are no longer together.
Aljur was asked about the tattoo artist and Jak being linked now to Kylie. “Sino ba? Hahaha! I mean, sino ba ang nali-link sa kanya ngayon?” he amusely said.
When asked if what he knew was about the tattoo artist or about Jak, Aljur answered, “Ah talaga? Hindi nga?” Then, he just said that he will watch first since Kylie and Jak were together in a series.
Meanwhile, Aljur Abrenica said that he did not have regrets regarding his breakup with Kylie Padilla. He said that at that time, they were doing their best, and it was not intentional to hurt each other.
“Wala naman may gusto na mapahamak ang sarili natin. Wala talaga. You just think, kung ano ba ang best decision,” he said. The actor added that there is communication between them, and what happened to them became a better thing for them.
