About Drew and Iya Villania’s sustainable mountainside home

The entire place is fully powered by solar energy, and the couple are opening the doors of their house to everyone to allow them to experience the comfort, calm, and character of their eco-friendly hillside haven. Drew said in a post, “Our dream home in Tanay is now open for everyone to experience.”

It has a modern tropical architecture, and the main house has different structures. It has a pool and expansive veranda, a separate guest pavilion, and stone pathways bordered by greenery. Its multi-structure layout hugs the natural slopes of the mountainside.

The house is finished in concrete for a strong foundation, and glass to allow sunlight to enter for natural lighting and a view of postcard-perfect sunsets. It also gives people from the inside the view of the infinite panoramic stretch of the Sierra Madre mountain range.

Built for slow living, it has an infinity pool and a heated jacuzzi, deck lounges with sliding glass doors opening to the pool deck and dining area, an outdoor mini gym area on the lanai, and a billiards area under a transparent canopy.

It has a master suite with neutral tones and organic texture, another double bedroom, and a family room that includes bunk beds, twin beds, and a pull-out mattress.
