Sofia Andres was dragged into the issue of Chie Filomeno
Actress Sofia Andres allegedly started the rumor that actress Chie Filomeno is being investigated by the family of businessman Matthew Lhuillier.
The rumor linking Chie to Matthew was first posted by social media personality Xian Gaza. He claimed that Chie left actor Jake Cuenca for Matthew. Xian alleged that Jake was devastated by what happened to his relationship with the actress.
Following that controversial post from the self-proclaimed Pambansang Marites, Chie shared a post promoting her rumored boyfriend’s beer business. It was also rumored that Matthew and his girlfriend broke up because of the actress.
Then, a rumor surfaced that the family of Matthew Lhuillier investigated Chie Filomeno. Allegedly the Lhuilliers found out something that they don’t like about the actress.
A recent post on Reddit by @Great-Ninja3255 under r/ChikaPH claimed that the so-called “investigation” came from Sofia Andres.
“So where did this narrative come from? Sources point to a surprising name — Sofia Andres. Yes, Sofia, who is herself dating a Lhuillier, was the very person who introduced Chie to Matt in the first place,” the netizen claimed.
Allegedly, Sofia did not expect that there would be a spark between Chie and Matthew. The netizen also mentioned that when Chie and Matthew started to hang out, the latter was still with his now-ex Jolie.
Then, the netizen claimed that a source revealed that the Lhuilliers had nothing with the investigation issue because, allegedly, this was all from Sofia. “People close to her say she may have felt threatened — unwilling to see another celebrity step into the same exclusive circle and stand on equal footing with her,” the netizen claimed.
Previously, Chie Filomeno broke her silence as she released a statement asking the public to stop dragging the Lhuillier family into her the issue of her private life. As of this writing, Sofia Andres has not spoken yet about the allegations against her.
