In one of her recent Facebook posts, Atty. Rowena Guanzon shared a post about an actor-turned-politician.
She posted her photo with Sen. Robin Padilla, and Sen. Bong Go was at the back. In the caption of her post, the lawyer shared that for her, it was a thing to wonder upon when Sen. Robin became the number 1 senator in the 2022 elections.
That was the actor’s first time to enter the political arena, and it was even a national position. With his first try, he already won and was even the number one.
“Plot twist, si Sen. Robin Padilla at mangilan ngilan nalang talaga sa gobyerno ang walang bahid ng kahit anong anomalya,” Guanzon said. This is amid the anomalous flood control projects, in which the names of senators were dragged into the issue.
The lawyer also called the actor-turned-politician “a gentleman,” and mentioned that his charisma in person is different. “Nung nag no. 1 senator yan nung 2022 napailing nalang ako, ngayon naiintindihan ko na dahil iba ang charisma sa personal, very humble at gentleman pa,” Guanzon said.
