Another luxury car was surrendered by Brice Hernandez amid the ongoing kickback controversy probe.
Former Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Bulacan assistant district engineer Brice Hernandez surrenders another car.
Parked outside the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) headquarters in Taguig City was a Lamborghini Urus worth PHP 30 million. This luxury vehicle was surrendered by former Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Bulacan assistant district engineer Brice Hernandez.

This is after he turned over the GMC Denali worth PHP 12 million to the ICI, and soon, he is expected to also turn over a Ferrari worth PHP 58 million, along with his motorcycles.
Raymond Fortun, counsel for Brice, shared that if he wanted to apply for the witness protection program, he advised his client to “return any items, assets, [and] money that he had obtained due to this illegal activity” when he decided to “tell all,” calling the move a “moral obligation.”
Moreover, the legal counsel added that more evidence could be found on Hernandez’s computer, and once recovered, this could implicate other senators in the corruption controversy.
In the probe regarding the kickback mess, Hernandez named several politicians and officials involved already. With his claims, the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) had recommended the filing of charges for indirect bribery and malversation of public funds against Senators Jinggoy Estrada and Joel Villanueva, Ako Bicol Rep. Zaldy Co, former Public Works Undersecretary Roberto Bernardo, former Bulacan district engineer Henry Alcantara, and former Caloocan Rep. Mitch Cajayon-Uy.
Fortun further revealed that Hernandez possesses an extensive list of House lawmakers linked to the insertions and alleged kickback scheme, adding that the list could grow once the ICI gains access to Hernandez’s computer.
To recall, it was also Hernandez who revealed before lawmakers that “all Bulacan 1st District projects from 2019 to 2025 are substandard.”
