The future daughter-in-law of Raffy Tulfo wore an expensive look for SONA 2025
Quezon City. Rep. Ralph Tulfo, the son of Senator Raffy Tulfo, paid a generous amount for the makeup of his fiancée, Chandreena Moorjani.
Cong. Ralph and Chandreena got engaged last month. The politician shared a post about their engagement on their Instagram page. “She said YES,” he wrote in the caption of her post.
An article from Politiko, published on August 3, stated that Cong. Ralph did a traditional “pamamanhikan” with his parents, Sen. Raffy, and ACT-CIS party-list Rep. Jocelyn Tulfo.
The pamamanhakin happened at Moorjani’s residence in Cagayan de Oro City. The Tulfos were welcomed by Chandreena’s parents, Naresh and Elsie Moorjani, together with the bride-to-be’s siblings Suresh John, Ramesh Paul, Shameena Faith, and Shivani Grace.
Last July, Chandreena joined Cong. Ralph at the 2025 State of the Nation Address. She wore an elegant white Filipiniana gown.
Her makeup was done by makeup artist Elmery Paul Unating, who also worked with various celebrities such as Ivana Alawi, Bela Padilla, Kim Domingo, Arci Muñoz, and many more.
Reddit user @Key_Pea_9671 shared a screenshot of the makeup artist’s now-deleted Facebook post showing that the son of Raffy Tulfo said that he will pay P200,000 for the service because the makeup artist is very kind to them.
Unating’s reply was, “Thank you cong for being so nice din [white heart emoji] Excited to meet you and your partner po.”
The other screenshot showed Chandreena’s photos with makeup by Elmery Paul Unating. The makeup artist once again thanked the congressman.
