According to the family, the incident took place the previous day but was not immediately reported to school authorities. The child came home crying, with redness and marks on his face. Later that night, he developed a fever and began vomiting, which alarmed his relatives. He was rushed to Estrella Hospital for treatment.

The family expressed their disappointment over the school’s response. They claimed that no immediate action was taken after the incident and that the parents of the children involved were not called in.

They were also concerned that the school allegedly dismissed the case as not being an act of bullying, which the family strongly questioned.

Many were disturbed that such violence could happen among very young children inside the classroom. Others stressed the need for schools to provide closer supervision to prevent incidents like this and to ensure the safety of every learner.

The boy’s family is now calling for a proper investigation and immediate intervention from authorities. They also hope that the case will be taken seriously so that accountability is placed where it is due, and to prevent the same from happening to other students.
