Kris Aquino Shuts Down Nepo Baby Claims w/ Viral Tax Record Revelation
KRIS AQUINO – The spotlight is once again on Kris Aquino, but this time it’s not about showbiz—it’s about her impressive ₱322 million tax record revealed by Tita Krissy.
A trending post from Tita Krissy Achino, a popular Kris Aquino impersonator, caught attention online after she highlighted the “Queen of All Media’s” consistent record as a taxpayer.
Through a Facebook update, Tita Krissy defended Aquino amid talks about “nepo babies,” referring to children of powerful political or entertainment figures. She stressed that Kris distinguished herself through her honesty and discipline when it came to paying taxes.
“Among all the so-called ‘nepo babies’ of Philippine politics/show business, Kris Aquino stands out for one thing most people often overlook… her transparency and consistency in paying her tax obligations. Whether you’re a fan or a critic, her dedication and work ethics are obviously undeniable,” wrote Tita Krissy.
To support her point, the impersonator presented Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) records indicating that between 2008 and 2015, Aquino contributed a total of ₱322,098,558.74 in income tax. Her highest-earning years were recorded as follows:
- 2008 – ₱25.4M (Top #8)
- 2010 – ₱32.3M (Top #17)
- 2011 – ₱49.87M (Top #1)
- 2014 – ₱54.53M (Top #6)
- 2015 – ₱61.74M (No Ranking Available)
“The numbers speak for themselves. At her peak in the 2010s, no other celebrity came close to her level of visibility, influence, and workload,” added Tita Krissy.
She also reminded the public of Aquino’s dominance in Philippine showbiz during the 2000s and 2010s. “For those who grew up watching her in the early 2000s, her dominance on television was quite impossible to miss. Talk Shows in the morning, Game Shows in the evening, countless Blockbuster Movies, Late-Night Showbiz Interviews, and she even has a Weekend Showbiz Talk Show, to name a few,” she shared.
Tita Krissy applauded Aquino’s integrity, emphasizing how she could have avoided declaring her full taxes but chose to do the right thing. “Imagine?! She could have cheated on that and not declared it, but she chose to pay the right amount. Seriously, the Madæm is Madæming… hahaha!” she said.
In her view, Kris Aquino’s legacy and credibility cement her as the irreplaceable “Queen of All Media.”
