Content creator and contractor’s daughter, Claudine Co, is allegedly going through anxiety and depression based on her best friend’s claims.
Every rainy season, roads and several areas get easily drenched and submerged in floodwaters, worsened by cyclones and the southwest monsoon. This always happens despite the billions of pesos allocated for several flood control projects. Currently, non-existent and ineffective projects are under probe with several contractors called out already.
Online, as people have access to details already, they were able to trace the owners of the company and the people involved in the alleged anomalous projects. Being the target of criticisms, aside from the owners, are their children with some of whom are famous for their excessive displays of wealth and lavish lifestyle.
Claudine’s lavish lifestyle became the target if online criticism.
Among those who are still heavily bashed is Claudine Co. Her father is Christopher Co, the co-founder of Hi-Tone Construction and Development Corp., while her uncle, Elizaldy “Zaldy” Co, is the CEO of the Sunwest Group of Companies and a former chair of the House Committee on Appropriations.
Both of the mentioned companies are involved in the controversy that involved billions.
Amid the bashing, a post alleged to have come from the best friend of Co emerged online. In the said post, her best friend Stephanie Cojuangco defended her, stating that Claudine is not aware and not involved in any ghost projects. Cojuangco added that her best friend is innocent and has a beautiful soul, just to be dragged into the issue.
It added, “We get it, galit kayo kasi akala niyo tax money yung winawaldas niya, but no. She’s a hardworking girl and I know that! Right now, Claudine is already suffering from anxiety and depression.”
