Her full name is Claudine Julia Monique Co. She was born on November 10, 1998. In 2016, when she turned 18 years old, she earned massive attention because of her grand debut. The party was held at Shangri-La at The Fort, and her show-stopping gown was made by Filipino designer Hilque Baban Dairo.
She hails from Legazpi, Albay, and her family is among the most politically and financially influential families in Bicol. Her father is Christopher Co, the co-founder of Hi-Tone Construction and Development Corp., while her uncle, Elizaldy “Zaldy” Co, is the CEO of the Sunwest Group of Companies and a former chair of the House Committee on Appropriations.
Claudine pursued her higher education at the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P), a private institution in Ortigas recognized for catering to some of the country’s most prominent and affluent families.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Entertainment and Media Management.
It took her many years in video blogging before she gained popularity, and among her most popular uploads was her video showing her private plane ride to La Union, a house tour of their family’s new home in Manila, hotpot dinners and parties with friends, and apartment hunting in Paris.
She also has a video featuring her purchasing a white G-Wagon—a luxury SUV from Mercedes-Benz that costs at least PHP 25 million in the Philippines. As an avid traveller, she has been to 37 countries, and many of these travels were in Europe.
Claudine is in a relationship with Lemuel Lubiano, the brother of Lawrence Lubiano of Centerways Construction and Development, and a relative of Lester Lubiano, former Sorsogon councilor.
Now, where has the backlash against her stemmed from? The wave of backlash flooded her after the public had an outrage regarding the failed government infrastructure projects, particularly the flood control projects. The anomalies included multi-billion pesos.
